An overhead door consists as standard of 40-mm thick insulated panels. These steel panels are available in various versions. For instance, there are panels with finger safe protection, the S40 and the Design-Line Umbra, and panels without finger safe protection, the T40.
The A40 is the top of the line in overhead doors. A robust, reliable and durable aluminum overhead door with a wide range of options.
S80-A80 |

Looking for an overhead door with the best insulation value? Then select a door with 80-mm thick sections.
The 80-mm panels are available in steel (S80) and in aluminium (A80). The 80-mm doors are completely thermally separated.
S80
The S80 is an 80-mm thick steel sandwich panel that is fully thermally separated and as such offers an energy efficient solution. The fire-retardant polyurethane foam core skinned with steel results in an extra high insulation value.
The steel panels have a Stucco finish with horizontal lines on both the inside and outside. The inner skin is finished as standard in RAL 9002. The outer skin is finished in a RAL colour of choice.
A80
The A80 overhead door is constructed from horizontal aluminium sections that are thermally separated. The sections can be made to specification and can be fitted with many types of filling and/or glazing. As standard, the aluminium sections have quadruple glazing. With an A80 door, optimum insulation is guaranteed and in addition, a lot of daylight enters the building.
For additional light transmission and a stylish appearance, the A80 sections are frequently used as glazed section in an S80. The sections are as standard made of anodised aluminium. However, they can also be powder coated in any desired RAL colour (according to the Qualicoat standard).
Industrial Cube Doors |

We produce a Cube door as standard with glazed sections (A40) of anodised aluminium that can also be combined with steel panels (S40). The aluminium sections can optionally be powder coated in any RAL colour. This allows you to configure the Cube to completely meet your customer’s wishes.
Limited installation depth is not a problem for the Cube, the sections concertina compactly behind the daylight opening.
Industrial Luxe-Line Doors |

The aluminium profiles of a Luxe-Line are thermally separated, which results in a high insulation value. The door can be hinged on either the left or right side. The door can open to either inside or outside. As standard, a Luxe-Line is fitted with door handles and a cylinder lock. The installation profiles, which have been specially developed for the Luxe-Line, offer an optimum solution for any situation. These profiles offer the perfect finish on the inside of your Luxe-Line.
The Luxe-Line profile can be filled with all of the 40-mm overhead door panels from our product range. This allows the Luxe-Line to have exactly the same appearance and lining as your overhead door!

Moreover, we fit all rail systems with powder coated torsion springs and the desired operating equipment. This allows us to offer a specific solution for every industrial building and every situation. For instance, a tube system can be fitted to every rail system. And especially for distribution centres, we developed a dock door that can be installed very quickly, in part thanks to Smart Connection the patented, installation-friendly connection that we use in all of our rail systems.
